Our Story
Our Bourbon vanilla is produced directly in Maroantsetra, a region renowned for the exceptional quality of its vanilla. Our vanilla is sorted and calibrated at source, with production capacity tailored to your needs and fast export turnaround.
All our vanilla is grown without fertilisers or phytosanitary treatments, following traditional cultivation methods. Pods are hand-pollinated, sun-cured, and stored under vacuum to preserve their aromatic integrity until delivery.

Maroantsetra, located in the Analanjirofo region in northeastern Madagascar, benefits from a hot, humid tropical climate and a remarkable biodiversity that makes it one of the finest terroirs for Bourbon vanilla. The region's lush environment — free from industrial agriculture — produces vanilla of extraordinary fragrance and complexity.
Grown without fertilisers or chemical treatments, our vanilla follows traditional, low-input cultivation. All pods are hand-pollinated, sorted and calibrated during production, then vacuum-sealed to lock in their full aromatic potential.

Our Commitments
Pods are sorted and calibrated at source. Lots are verified mold-free before packaging. 2024 independent laboratory analysis shows vanillin at 2.2–2.3% (HPLC) and moisture at 34.1% — full certificate available on request. Additional analysis can be arranged in France.
We know exactly which farms produced every kilogram we sell. Our supply chain is transparent, documented, and auditable from field to your door.
Our vanilla is cultivated without any fertilisers or phytosanitary treatments. An official organic certification process can be initiated for buyers who require it.
We can provide phytosanitary certificate, certificate of quality, certificate of origin, and compliant labelling (origin, harvest year, variety, net weight, lot number). Stock is vacuum-sealed in export-grade crates, ready to ship.
